Good quality, minor shipping hiccup

I recently bought a cashmere sweater from Richseen. The sweater itself is beautiful and the cashmere feels incredibly soft, very high quality as expected. The packaging was also very secure and luxurious, which was a nice touch. However, the shipping took a little longer than the estimated 5-7 business days, arriving on the 9th day. It wasn't a huge delay, but something to note if you're in a rush. Customer service was polite when I inquired about the delay, but didn't offer much in terms of explanation beyond 'it's on its way'. Overall, a solid purchase, but delivery could be a bit more predictable.

They do ship internationally, so Hawaii should be fine. Shipping takes a bit though, like usually a week or two for me to the mainland, so plan accordingly for your wedding.
